Huntsman Singapore Ptd Ltd is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Senior Commercial Manager, South Asia. The incumbent is responsible for delivering profitable growth in South Asia by managing the sales team and coordinating multi-functional resources across different countries. The ideal candidate will be located in Singapore.
As a Senior Commercial Manager, South Asia you will:
Develop new business growth plans and sales strategies to expand market share, develop new account generate additional sales revenues, and improve profitability for the South Asia, which includes Southeast Asia and India Subcontinent
Develop growth strategy and framework for South Asia, well deployment the strategy and key initiatives to ensure sustainable growth, which is in alignment with APAC and PP global business strategy
Lead commercial team to deliver business results, drive growth by developing and aligning on future year growth plan
Achieve sales targets and monitor cost effectiveness of sales activities to optimize resource and prioritize focus
Define and deploy the pricing strategy for value and volume balanced growth together with different functional teams
Develop a high-performance team through effective leadership that includes setting clear objectives, tracking results, and providing ongoing coaching support and feedback
Develop existing/new customer strategy to grow sales and enhance stronger relationship with partners
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience. BSc. Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is preferred
Ability to manage and work through roadblocks to achieve targets
Ability to develop new business and buildup high level partners relationships
Outstanding economic thinking and analytical thinking skills
Ability to deal with uncertainty & ambiguity
Ability to manage, develop & coach South Asia Commercial team
Managing and ensuring resources are optimally utilized to support result delivery
Ability to communicate and interact effectively both internal (globally) and external
Excellent presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
