Attend to customer enquiries and generate sales quotation.
o Process sales orders in a timely manner.
o Liaison with various vendors and principals for quotations and orders fulfilment.
o Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
o Follow up with the project team on document signed off by customer upon job completion.
o Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, issues, and problems.
o Maintain the CRM and reporting systems to enable accurate reporting.
o Managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.
o Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
o Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.
o Any other matters pertaining to the sales activity.

Internship duration for 4 to 6 months.
Computer literacy in MS Office and Excel
