- To involve in the recruitment activities including sourcing and interviewing for Intern and Executive levels.
- To involve in the engagement and branding activities including: –
- Increase the connection/follower in Social Media platforms
- Engage with Universities regarding Internship placements and blast and share the vacancies in the University portals
- Increase impress engagement rate in Social Media platforms
- Design attractive hiring advertisement/posters
- Create the google form and QR Code as a starting point of our talent pool database.
- To engage with Universities and involve in their Career Talks & Fairs
3. Administrative work including filing, scheduling meeting etc.
Other ad hoc tasks as and when required
