Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

To provide pre-sales to customers;
Collaborating with various department and vendors in the solution design and prepare commercial proposal according to the specification and requirement;
Determine customer requirement and expectations in order to recommend optimistic solution;
Researching, collecting, exploring and reporting information on the capacity and ability of company products and solution;
Responsible to identify new market and business opportunities;
To prepare compliance/deviation list and necessary documents for tender submission;
Attending meeting for site visit and clarification;
To manage all aspects of the sales function including inside sales and order sales;
Recording and maintaining customers contact data;
Keeping records of visit and sales;
Taking, progressing and monitoring orders;
To prepare sales record and forecast as necessary;
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conference and other marketing events;
Key Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Telecommunication;
Preferably to have working experience in a Sales, Pre-Sales Support, Inside Sales, Proposal Team;
Good Interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of colleagues and external parties;
Mature and with good work ethics and positive attitude;
Good computer skills and able to multi-task.
